Our client develops high-performance network flow processing, deep packet inspection and application acceleration solutions for networking, communications and security appliance manufacturers and the IT organizations that use them.
In this position, the successful candidate will play a direct role in the marketing and sales of high-performance network processors. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with technical product and tools support, as well as planning, driving and overseeing the collateral development and customer training program. In addition, the responsibilities will include assisting design engineering with new product definition (by working with key customers to capture product requirements) and working with marketing, sales and customers to define, plan and deliver product performance benchmarks and demos.
Qualified candidates must possess a BSCS/EE with 5+ years of relevant experience and possess excellent oral and written English communication skills and solid presentation skills with a willingness to travel.

Description:
The Corporate Relations Manager is responsible for managing business and financial communications and supporting the overall corporate media relations efforts and issues management in collaboration with the Corporate Public Relations team so that our corporate reputation is protected and enhanced.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination with Corporate Relations, Investor Relations, Finance and Legal to manage communications around the company's quarterly earnings announcements and other financial announcements, including the identification of key issues, development of messaging materials, crafting of press releases, interactions with media, and measurement and analysis of communications effectiveness.
Management of communications related to the company's new business development agreements and existing collaborations; including the review and coordination of approvals for collaborator communications, development of messaging materials, coordination of accurate and appropriate disclosures, and interactions with media.
Development of communications plans and materials related to real and potential corporate issues, including litigation events,
employee issues, industry and business developments; acting as spokesperson and organizing interviews as appropriate.
Management, organization and cataloguing of messaging and other communications materials related to the issues and events faced by the company.
Support of Corporate Public Relations function including proactively and reactively managing media issues related to the corporation, reviewing external disclosures, contributing to the development and implementation of an integrated corporate media plan.
Requirements:
